WHAT ARE YOUR WAITING TIMES LIKE?

We typically respond to request within a few hours. On rare occasions depending on how busy things are it may take up to 24 hours for initial response, but never longer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all forms of payment. Cash, Check, Card. We can split payments between multiple forms of payment if necessary.

WILL VALLEY MOVERS USE SHOE GUARDS?

For practicality reasons we actual do not use shoe guards. We have found that in and out of the house multiple times eventually eats through them anyway and is as if we never had them on to begin with. We do offer alternative methods of protecting floors so long as it makes sense and does not risk our mover's safety.

IS PACKING INCLUDED?

We currently do not offer a full fledge packing service. Accommodations can be made on a case to case basis. Packing IS however an addition service.
